What service does BridalMelody provide?

BridalMelody specializes in creating one-of-the-kind custom wedding dresses that are designed by brides. We made the whole custom-made dresses niche more affordable without sacrificing the quality.

How much does BridalMelody’s dress and accessory cost?

Our dress price starts from €800 and generally ranges between €1000 to €1500. The starting price for a custom veil is €280 while detachable train or overskirt starts from €350.

*We reserve the right to quote based on case by case basis. Depending on fabric and the amount of beading work, the final price might be higher or lower than the above mentioned range.

Where is BridalMelody based?

Our atelier and team are based in China, which we believe to be our key differentiator. We have access to a wide range of top-quality fabrics and by cutting out resellers - we can deliver our products directly to our brides at a price you would not normally expect.

What makes BridalMelody unique?

We don’t have any sales people. Our team only consist knowledgeable designers, experienced tailors and amazing sketch artists. On top of this, we pride ourselves with an impressive lace collection that consists of over 1000 different options.

Who made my dress?

BridalMelody works as a team and all departments are completely involved on each dress. We have 9 departments with a total of 26 members. Each of us are specialized in our own professional skills but at the same time keep connected during the whole production process. Currently we have two designers in our designer team - Lisa and Amy( Amy is mainly responsible for our wholesale partners). Two sketch artists Josh and Kelly. Two purchasing managers who are responsible for fabric and material resources. Three pattern masters and all of them are with over 30 years experience on bridal pattern designing. One lace artist and eight sewing tailors which all have an average of over 25 years experience on wedding dress making. Three beading artists who are specialized in 3D flower & beading design works, all the 3D flower and sparkle beading designs are created by them. Besides this, we have four members in the QC team which are responsible for quality control and packing. Our after sales department can be reached out from Monday to Friday if you need any after sales support. All BridalMelody pieces are handmade with love and attention, then carefully quality controlled before ship to you.

I have a dream dress in mind, when should I get started?

Normally we only work for 9 months per year as the period from January to March is our official holiday. During this time, only our designers and artists are on duty. Therefore, if your wedding is in April/May you should plan to receive the dress in December the latest prior to our holidays.

Most dresses take between 5 to 6 months to complete without including the consultation time, as this part is entirely depends on how clear you are with what you want. Some dresses requires extra hand beading work, they can take up to 10 months to make, so as soon as you finalized the dress you want, we advise you to reach out and start the consultation part. Does BridalMelody have any offline stores?

BridalMelody sells only online and on this website, we are not presented on any platforms or stores either. 

Can you make the same dress if I send you pictures?

We can start the whole process based on a picture of a model you like. However, we do not make exact replicas but rather combine ideas and inspirations derived from your vision and the lace you choose.

Do you make veil or bridal accessories?

While creating our bride's gowns we are more than happy to add special custom accessories such as veils or detachable train. However, we do not offer custom lace accessories separately as we can not guarantee that they will match perfectly with another brand's product. There will be a differences in the lace pattern, color or fabric softness which can spoil the overall look. For such customization, if we do not have the dress in front of us, it's simply impossible to deliver a final product that can be up to BridalMelody's quality standard. The starting price for custom veil is €280, the starting price for detachable train or overskirt is €350.

What if I don’t like my dress after receive it?

If you ever need alteration advice or don't like something about your dress after receive it, please feel free to contact our customer service team at bridalmelodycustomerservice@gmail.com within 7 days, we are more than happy to provide advices or find a solution for you. Does BridalMelody manufacture for other brands?

Bridal Melody team has been manufacturing for well-known bridal brands and individual designers for over 10 years, our clients are mainly across Europe, Australia and US. We strongly believe quality over everything and our rigorous working attitude runs through the entire production. We are now proud to offer our premium products to brides from all over the world, who are looking for chic and refined couture wedding gown. Is BridalMelody suitable for me?

Can I order fabric samples?

Absolutely! Please contact your designer for fabric samples, they will let you know the sample and shipping cost in advance. Please note samples take time to prepare and receive, so it's important to add extra 4-6 weeks on your time schedule. In case you have a tight time frame or only need to see the fabric videos, please let us know as we are also happy to provide pictures or videos to show you all the options.

Do you make bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses?

BridalMelody is a company specialized on bridal gowns, we do not make bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, evening dresses and mother of the bride dresses. In some special cases, we do take reception dress, short wedding dress and colored dress(very rarely) orders, please simply email us your inspiration photos for an inquiry to start a free design consultation.

What is the first step?

The first step is to contact us with the inspiration photos along with your dress ideas. It can be from our own collections or inspirational dress pictures you found online. We want to know more about what you like and what do you envision as your dream wedding gown. After having an overall idea about the dress you want, our designer will provide you a price quote.
